Newly arrived passenger from Frankfurt tests positive for COVID-19, total in Mongolia 289

At today’s press briefing of the Ministry of Health on the COVID-19 update, Director of the National Center for Communicable Diseases (NCCD) D.Nyamkhuu reported that one more person, who arrived on a charter flight from Frankfurt on July 27, tested positive for the coronavirus after tests were carried out on 686 people yesterday, July 27.

Moreover, a Mongolian, a Belarusian and two Russian people who had been diagnosed with COVID-19 have recovered and have been transferred to the next stage of mandatory isolation - sanatorium. 

222 patients out of 289 total cases recorded in Mongolia have made a full recovery. And 67 patients are under treatment at the NCCD now, five of them are in serious health condition.
