The HU members and managers receive the Order of Chinggis Khaan

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. On the day of National Pride, Mongolian rock band The Hu was awarded the Order of Chinggis Khaan by the decree of the President of Mongolia Kh.Battulga. Founder and producer of band B.Dashdondog received the Order of Chinggis Khaan from the Mongolian President on November 26. 


On December 9, at the Consulate General of Mongolia to the USA in San Francisco, Mongolian Minister of Education, Culture, Science and Sports Yo.Baatarbileg handed over the Order of the Chinggis Khaan and prize to the remaining members and managers of the HU band, who could not attend the awarding ceremony in Ulaanbaatar due to their touring commitments in the US. 


In his remarks, Minister Yo.Baatarbileg expressed his gratitude for the Hu band for promoting the image of Mongolia and Mongolian traditional cultural heritage wonders around the globe.
