President Kh.Battulga gets acquainted with construction of Tavantolgoi-Zuunbayan railroad

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On October 22-23, President Kh.Battulga got acquainted with construction progress of 414.6 km long railroad from (Tavantolgoi) Tsogttsetsii soum of Umnugobi aimag to Zuunbayan soum of Dornogobi aimag.
Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Major General D.Ganzorig and authorities of ‘Mongolian Railway’ state owned company and Ulaanbaatar Railway JSC informed that they are working to complete construction work of 50 km railroad from Zuunbayan this year. Public and private companies that are taking part in the construction, plan to execute works such as building of dam foundation and construction of upper structure despite of cold weather and launch construction of lower structure by the beginning of March.
As of today, some 30 entities and soldiers and officers of the military units No. 7781, No. 7782, No. 110 and No. 339 are executing duties in the construction works and they completed building 414 km long road.
