Teen photographers lead in Higashikawa Youth Festival

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mongolian teenagers led in the two categories of the International High School Students’ Photo Festival held on August 1-8 in Higashikawa town of Hokkaido, Japan.

Out of 24 teams of 22 countries, the national team successfully participated in the festival, claiming the Jury’s Prize and leading in the Students and Teachers’ Choice Award.

The national team comprised of students of ‘New Beginning’ high school, 12th grade student B.Indira, 11th grade student A.Ariunbayar and 10th grade student B.Munkh-Oyu respectively. The students successfully passed the preliminary selection and headed Japan under the direction of the United Association of Mongolian Photographers President Ts.Batbaatar and manager J.Bayarmagnai.
