‘Mongolian film days’ taking place in Zagreb

/MONTSAME/ The Embassy of Mongolia to the Republic of Croatia in collaboration
with the City Administration of the City of Zagreb is organizing ‘Mongolian
film days’ in Zagreb, Croatia on May 13-15.
The opening
ceremony of the event, which is aimed at promoting the culture and
cinematography of Mongolia overseas and enhancing bilateral cultural
cooperation, was attended by Ambassador of Mongolia to Croatia G.Battungalag, State
Secretary of the Croatian Ministry of Culture Krešimir Partl, Deputy Mayor of
the City of Zagreb Jelena Pavičić Vukičević, as well as Honorary Consul of
Mongolia to Croatia Zlatko Mateša.
The event is
screening six short and feature films of Mongolia including ‘Yellow Colt’ by Ch.Khoroldorj,
‘Men with Blue Dots’ by Sh.Dorjsuren, ‘Wonderful Flight’ by L.Bat-Amgalan and Ian
Allardyce, ‘Will to Art’ by U.Ikhbayar, ‘Remote Control’ by S.Byamba, and ‘Wings’
by B.Undram.
‘Mongolian film days’ received attention from representatives of the Croatian Ministry of Culture and Zagreb’s Department of Culture and the country's media.
