National high school choir to perform at the Red Square

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Winner of the ‘Crystal Star’ choir competition ‘Badmaarag’ high school choir will perform at the 2019 Victory Day concert to be held at the Red Square in Moscow.
The competition was organized by the Mongolian National Broadcaster on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Battle of Khalkha River on March 29-31. A total of 13 choirs participated in the competition, singing Russian and Mongolian songs about war.
‘Badmaarag’ high school choir of the Lyceum of the National University of Mongolia placed first with 341.5 points, winning the right to participate in the Victory Day concert at Red Square and the trip to Baikal lake.
