‘Peter and the Wolf’ symphonic fairy tale to be staged

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On the occasion of the International Children’s Day ‘Peter and the Wolf’ symphonic fairy tale for children to be staged on June 1 under the ‘Music’ public education support program by Mongolian State Philharmonic.

Renowned Russian composer Sergei Prokofiev wrote a musical composition for the ‘Peter and the Wolf’ fairy tale in 1936, nurturing love for the classical arts in children around the world. The symphonic fairy tale was screened four times as cartoon and won the Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film in 2007.

Tickets are available at ticket.mn and will be delivered for free of charge.
