Solid waste plant to be built in Ulaanbaatar

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Deputy Minister of Finance Kh.Bulgantuya, Deputy Governor of the capital city P.Bayarkhuu and First Vice President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Jürgen Rigterink signed on a loan agreement of Ulaanbaatar Solid Waste Modernisation Project in Amman, Jordan.
The Government meeting on March 27 supported the signing of the loan agreement to be funded by the EBRD on expanding Ulaanbaatar city's landfilling capacity and building a construction and demolition waste plant at the Moringiin davaa dumpsite.

During his visit to Jordan, Deputy Governor of the capital city P.Bayarkhuu met with Mayor of Amman Yousef Shawarbeh and exchanged views on cooperation between the cities. As a result of the meeting, Mr.Yousef Shawarbeh noted that the cooperation between the cities officially started.
