Branch of Russian Center for Science and Culture sets up in Bayankhongor

Bayankhongor /MONTSAME/ A branch of Russian Center for Science and Culture (RCSC) was founded in ‘Nomun Dalai’ complex school in Bayankhongor aimag. Activities of the center will target to increase number of students who learn Russian language and culture as well as to prepare Mongolian students to study in Russia.
The center was co-founded by the Department of Education and Culture of Bayankhongor and ‘Nomun Dalai’ complex school. "Mongolia intends to develop its friendly ties in all spheres with Russia which is our eternal neighbor. Therefore, we established Russian Center for Science and Culture in Bayankhongor aimag, opening opportunity to children and youths to get acquainted with Russia and to study in Russia in future. We will support activities of the center at policy level," said Governor of Bayankhongor aimag G.Batjargargal.

During the opening ceremony on May 10 teachers and students of the secondary schools performed Russian songs and dance concert to the guests.
33 people who acquired education in Russia are living in Bayankhongor aimag now. During the opening ceremony, Russian Alumni Union was set up and Governor of Bayankhongor aimag G.Batjargargal was elected as its Head.
