Working group formed to make state services online

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mayor of Ulaanbaatar S.Batbold has approved an ordinance to establish a working group to work out proposals on shifting state service into online to reduce bureaucracy and enhance service types offered by khoroos (smallest administration unit in the capital city).
The permanent working group will be headed by the chairman of the Information Technology Agency of the Capital (ITAC).
The ITAC has introduced the 'Smart Car' system and another system which was designed for registering kindergarten children, and it is now working on enhancing common database of the capital and making it public, introducing E-signature in minutes and reports of local administrations of the capital, re-introducing the eDES system through the 'Khur' state information exchange system.
The ITAC will be in charge of implementing the goal to make services, provided by the capital administration and agencies online at policy level.
