Construction Minister reports on 1000 apartments project

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ During the Cabinet’s regular meeting on June 14, Wednesday, Minister of Construction and Urban Planning G.Munkhbayar reported that preparations were complete for the construction of 1000 apartments after necessary replanning of some ger areas in Sukhbaatar district.
The apartment building, school and kindergarten will be built by a non-refundable aid from the People’s Republic of China.
As such, the Cabinet ordered Ministers G.Munkhbayar, B.Choijilsuren and Ts.Munkh-Orgil to take necessary measures aimed at establishing contracts and launching the works.
The construction of the 1000 apartments was reflected in the 2016-2020 action plan of the Cabinet.
