Bills and resolutions submitted to parliament including proposal on appointment of new Minister
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Minister of Justice D.Dorligjav MP submitted Tuesday to parliament a proposal on appointing S.Lambaa as the Minister of Health and Sport in accordance with the Constitution of Mongolia, the laws on government and on regime of parliamentary regime.
Former Minister of Health who served in 2008-2012, Lambaa Sambuu is proposed to be appointed on the vacant position of Minister of Health and Sport taking into account of his career experience and professional skills to perform governmental goals.
The same day, Dorligjav MP submitted to the Speaker bills on ratifying credit agreements established between the government of Mongolia and the Asian Development Bank concerning extra financing for two projects on urban development in southeastern Gobi region and settlement development near border regions; and on upgrading border services. He also submitted an intergovernmental agreement on convict share with Hong Kong, a Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
L.Erdenechimeg MP submitted to Speaker Z.Enkhbold a draft resolution of parliament on exploitation of Tavantolgoi coal deposit, while S.Oyun MP presented a draft law on the rights of people with disabilities.
