新房价上涨7.5%

截至2017年12月新房价格达220.5万蒙图/平方米，同比上涨7.5%，是比2017年11月增幅0.2%。新房价格在苏赫巴托区最高即达310万蒙图/平方米，而在松根海尔汗区最低即155万蒙图/平方米。而老房价格2017年保持持续下滑状态，而12月比11月小幅上升，两间房均价达7154.2万蒙图，同比下降3.4%。
房价指数比2017年11月上涨了0.2%，同比增长0.3%。两年持续的房价下降趋势有所缓慢，目前房价相当于2013年水平。
