交通与运输部部长德•钢巴特参加在德国莱比锡市举行的“国际运输论坛-2017”。论坛期间，他与以中国交通运输部长李小鹏为首的代表团进行会谈，就相关问题交换了意见。
会晤时，双方就两国合作关系、在蒙古国交通与运输领域上要落实的大型项目和计划、上个月在北京举行的《一带一路》论坛上讨论的问题等共同解决的多项重要问题交换了意见。德•钢巴特部长表示，将中国“一带一路”、俄罗斯“欧亚经济联盟”和蒙古国“发展之路”相结合，并尽快启动在建立三国经济走廊计划上所指定的蒙中俄三国运输网、发展贸易等项目并积极展开合作。”
