Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the European Union L.Bold presented his Letter of Credence to President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen on July 14 in Brussels.
During the meeting, Ambassador L.Bold conveyed greetings of President of Mongolia U.Khurelsukh to President Ursula von der Leyen and emphasized that the European Union is Mongolia’s important ‘third neighbor’. The Ambassador also expressed his commitment to strengthening and expanding the relations and cooperation between Mongolia and the European Union.
While congratulating the Ambassador on his appointment, President Ursula von der Leyen expressed her confidence that he would substantially contribute to the further development of bilateral relations and cooperation.
