Ulaanbaatar City to Cooperate with Domestic Manufacturers on 24 Mega Projects

Ulaanbaatar, May 13, 2025 /MONTSAME/. First Deputy Governor of the Capital City of Mongolia Davaadalai Tumendalai held a meeting with the executives of “Selbe 20-Minute City Corporation” LLC, as well as representatives of the Mongolian National Construction Association and the Mongolian Builders’ Association, on May 12, 2025.
At the meeting, the parties exchanged views on cooperating with domestic manufacturing companies within the framework of 24 mega projects of Ulaanbaatar City. First Deputy Governor Davaadalai Tumendalai said, “We will improve the legal and regulatory framework to facilitate the participation of domestic companies in the mega projects. Furthermore, we will cooperate with domestic companies to support young engineers, develop human resources, and organize public awareness and educational campaigns.”
Furthermore, the parties agreed to establish a Memorandum of Understanding to support and jointly implement mega projects with domestic manufacturing companies.
