Visit of Foreign Minister of the Sultanate of Oman Begins

Ulaanbaatar, August 26, 2024 /MONTSAME/. At the invitation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia Battsetseg Batmunkh, Foreign Minister of Sultanate of Oman, Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi has arrived in Ulaanbaatar on August 25, 2024, for an official visit to Mongolia.
Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi and his accompanying delegation were welcomed at Chinggis Khaan International Airport by L. Munkhtushig, Acting State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, E. Bulgan, Ambassador of Mongolia to the Sultanate of Oman, Nasser Al-Busaidi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to Mongolia, and other officials.
During the visit, Minister Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi is scheduled to meet with President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa, hold official talks with Foreign Minister of Mongolia Battsetseg Batmunkh, and sign a Memorandum of Understanding on Consultative Meetings between the foreign ministries of the two countries. This visit marks the first official visit by an Omani Foreign Minister to Mongolia.
