Guidance for Travelers Visiting Mongolia Issued

Ulaanbaatar, June 25, 2024 /MONTSAME/. As part of the Years to Visit Mongolia, the National Emergency Management Agency of Mongolia issued the “Guidance for Travelers”.


The handbook is available in Mongolian and English languages and gives the reader information on how to prevent accidents and natural emergencies such as house fires, wildfires, floods, water accidents, falling from heights, breaking through ice, and getting lost due to dust storms and snowstorms. 


The handbook also provides emergency phone numbers and information on using what3words to give your location in the event of an emergency.
