Mongolian Premier Meets Representatives of Condominium Association

Ulaanbaatar, August 25, 2023 /MONTSAME/. As part of his weekly series of meetings held every Monday morning, the Prime Minister of Mongolia met with representatives of Condominium Associations in Ulaanbaatar on August 21, 2023. Following the Prime Minister's introduction of the "New Revival Policy," the participants exchanged views on the challenges confronting the sector.
The Head of the Condominium Association for the King Tower apartment J. Otgonbayar said that no Condominium Association in Ulaanbaatar has residents who have fully paid their Condominium Association fees. He also noted the problem of inadequate human resources in Condominium Associations and expressed his satisfaction with the Prime Minister's receptiveness to their concerns.
N. Jargal, the Head of the Khangarid Condominium Association, highlighted the absence of public schools and kindergartens in the Artsat area of Yarmag and mentioned that construction of apartments in the area is taking place without proper planning. He stressed the importance of involving citizens' representatives in the external monitoring when the State Commission assesses the newly built apartments.
