‘Honour Bound’ launched in MongolianArt & Culture
The launch of the famed English lawyer Sarosh Zaiwalla's book ‘Honour Bound’
was held at the Lecture Hall of the University of Finance and Economics. Author
S. Zaiwalla attended the event and delivered an interesting lecture.
Mr. Sarosh Zaiwalla is known for winning lawsuits related to the governments of numerous countries. In this book, he has written about the adventures of winning and at times losing in court, including how he helped solve a case in connection with Mongolia. He came to Mongolia at the invitation of Tsagaan Puntsag and played an important role in settling Erdenet Mine’s receivables from Kazakhstan's Balkhashmys (USD 20 million).
Mr. Zaiwalla donated the ‘Honour Bound’, as well as the ‘Legal Latin-English-Russian-Mongolian dictionary’ by Tsagaan Puntsag to the university libraries.
