Ambassador to Uzbekistan presents credentials

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. Mongolia’s Concurrent Ambassador to
the Republic of Uzbekistan D.Bayarkhuu presented his Letter of Credence to Acting
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan V.Norov on August 25.
During the meeting, the Ambassador expressed commitment to
the expansion of relations and cooperation between the two countries in all
sectors. He also noted that the visit by Mongolia’s Secretary of State for Foreign
Affairs B.Munkhjin to the country last June has played an important role in the
bilateral relations. The sides discussed the implementation progress of the
issues agreed upon during the visit.
The Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan
expressed his full support to the Ambassador in fulfilling his duties. He also
emphasized that the peoples of Mongolia and Uzbekistan are deeply connected by
history and culture while expressing commitment to the enrichment of bilateral
relations with political and economic content.
