Government members to meet with citizens at ‘11 11’ center

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ At the Cabinet’s regular meeting on
April 27, the Cabinet members became acquainted with the process of resolving
citizens’ requests and complaints sent to the government’s ’11 11’ call
center.
Since the call center has been expanded on April 4, it has
received requests and complaints from 10,459 citizens. Requests and complaints were
registered in the system and forwarded to related professional organizations
for resolution. The most petitions and requests have been addressed to the Office
of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, the
Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Health, and the Capital City Governor's
Office.
The Prime Minister has tasked the corresponding officials to
meet with citizens at the ’11 11’ center to listen to their opinions
and resolve it.
