Ambassador to France meets Archbishop Celestino Migliore

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. On January 22, U.Nyamkhuu, Mongolia’s
Ambassador to the French Republic, met with Archbishop Celestino Migliore, Head
of the diplomatic missions in France and Apostolic nuncio to France.
At the meeting, Archbishop Celestino Migliore recalled that during
his tenure in the Vatican in the 1990s, two scholars from Mongolia visited to
study historical documents, and wished the Ambassador success in her honorable
mission to represent her country in France.
Expressing thanks for audience, the Ambassador said that historical
letters copied from the Vatican archives are now being kept in the Foreign
Ministry's archives museum and the Kharkhorin city museum and provided some information
on Mongolia’s current socioeconomic situation and celebration of the 60th
anniversary of its accession to the United Nations in 2021.
