Permanent Representative to OSCE presents credentials

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Permanent Representative of Mongolia to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) M.Tsengeg presented his credentials to OSCE Secretary General Helga Schmid on January 21.

 

Permanent Representative M.Tsengeg emphasized during the meeting that Mongolia, as a participating state of the OSCE, will contribute to its activities and put emphasis on further expanding cooperation in economic, environmental and human dimensions of security. He also asked the Secretary General to provide support in increasing the number of Mongolians working at the OSCE Secretariat.

 

Ms. Helga Schmid underscored that the sides have been actively working together in protecting human rights, improving the electoral system, safeguarding borders, and ensuring security since Mongolia joined the Organization in 2012, expressing her hope that bilateral relations and cooperation will be further strengthened.
