Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. Measures have been taken in phases to ensure that complaints and requests submitted by citizens to the officials of the capital city and local administrative organizations are thoroughly investigated from all sides and finalized based on legal grounds to set standards for responding to citizens within the legal timeframe.

In this regard, 52 local government organizations have developed and implemented plans to improve the resolution of requests and complaints.

On October 28th, 2021, the Governor’s Office of the Capital City issued a written instruction to 28 local administrations which have had the most violations and shortcomings in resolving citizens' requests and complaints.

Within this framework, 258 employees of the above 28 organizations received a warning in accordance with their organization's internal rules, and disciplinary actions were taken for 40 employees.
