COVID-19: 2,209 new cases, four deaths reported

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ 2,209 new cases of COVID-19 were detected nationwide in the past 24 hours. In specific, 438 of the new cases were recorded in Ulaanbaatar city and 1,771 in rural areas.


In the past 24 hours, 1,795 people made recoveries. Currently, 13,570 people are receiving hospital treatment for COVID-19 whilst 16,012 people with mild symptoms of COVID-19 are being isolated at home.


Four people died from COVID-19 in the past 24 hours, which brings the COVID-19 death toll to 931.
