42 road maintenance machineries delivered from Belarus

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On May 24, the Ministry of Road and Transport Development received road maintenance machineries manufactured and being supplied by Minsk Automobile Plant (MAZ) of the Republic of Belarus.
The key handover ceremony was attended by Minister of Road and Transport Development L.Khaltar, Director of “Road and Transport Development Center” state-owned enterprise R.Bud, Ambassador of Belarus to Mongolia S.V.Chepurnoi, drivers and representatives of road maintenance companies operating in provinces and rural areas.
In his opening remarks, Minister L.Khaltar noted that a total
of 42 machineries worth of EUR 3.3 million are being handed over
to 20 auto road maintenance companies within the framework of the General Agreement
on Export Loan between the Governments of Mongolia and the Republic of Belarus.
In frames of the project, two engineers from MAZ arrived in Mongolia at the invitation to conduct theoretical and practical training on the assembly and technical use of machineries being supplied to Mongolia to engineering and technical staff, mechanics and drivers of auto road maintenance companies.
