Mongolian footballer G.Ganbayar wins silver in the top level of Hungarian football leagueSports
Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. The history of football in Mongolia continues to grow with the new achievement of a young Mongolian football player who is currently playing in Europe.
Athlete of the national football team, forward player in the Puskas Academy of Hungary Ganbayar Ganbold has tested his skills along with his team in NB I, the top level of the Hungarian football league system, finishing with a successful run.
The Puskas Academy team finished this season’s league in second place, with Ferencvarosi Torna Club at the top of the standings. The successful run qualifies the team for the first qualifying round of the Europa Conference League.
Ganbayar is one of over 10 young athletes that were involved in the program launched by the Mongolian Football Federation in partnership with Puskas Academy in 2015.
