COVID-19: 361 new cases detected

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. At the regular press briefing of the Ministry of Health today on March 27, it was reported that 361 new cases were detected in Mongolia after testing 17 thousand people nationwide within the past 24 hours. 

 

While there were 12 new cases detected in Arkhangai aimag, 2 in Bayankhongor aimag, 7 in Uvurkhangai aimag, 15 in Orkhon aimag, 4 in Tuv aimag, and 2 in Khuvsgul aimag, the rest were recorded in Ulaanbaatar city. 

 

In the past 24 hours, 7 people have been discharged from the hospital, bringing the total number of recoveries to 4,237.

 

As of today, the total number of COVID-19 confirmed cases in Mongolia now stands at 6,693, with 1,576 patients receiving treatment.
