Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A virtual meeting was organized as part of the ‘Extending Social Protection to Herders with Enhanced Shock Responsiveness’ program being jointly implemented by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, and United Nations Population Fund, Children’s Fund, and Food and Agriculture Organization. At the meeting, social protection policies and activities being carried out as well as the measures planned for support social protection policy support in 2021 were presented.


The meeting was attended by Minister of Labor and Social Protection A.Ariunzaya, UN Resident Coordinator Tapan Mishra, UNICEF Resident Representative Alex Heikens, UNFPA Head of Mongolia Country Office Kaori Ishikawa, and other officials.
