Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. GIZ’s “Cooperative Technical and
Vocational Education and Training” (cTVET) project is implementing additional
Covid19 response measures based on additional funds provided in 2020 by the
Government of Germany to Mongolia. Our efforts, activities and outcomes aiming
to strengthen the resilience of the TVET sector will be presented to you in
this channel.
cTVET project has supported the initiative of skilled teachers producing cloth masks. 11 TVET teachers of cTVET project’s partner school Mongolian-Korean Polytechnic College sewed 25’000 environmentally friendly, reusable cloth masks. These masks will be distributed for TVET students, teachers and sector professionals. Teachers have produced the masks from the initial stage of sketching to final print pressing stage.
This initiative is part of activities our project supported
to ensure safe TVET for all when educational institutions re-open.
