UNICEF provides medical equipment in Gobi-Altai aimag

Gobi-Altai /MONTSAME/ With MNT 69.5 million funding support from the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), necessary equipment have been provided to some health care facilities of Gobi-Altai aimag.

 

Specifically, to reduce air pollution impacts on maternal and child health and improve healthcare services, a separate room for children with respiratory diseases, which was newly established at the children’s outpatient ward of Gobi-Altai aimag’s Central Hospital was equipped with indoor air purifier, air quality meter, automstic sanitizer dispenser, and voltage stabilizer, a primary health facility of Yesunbulag soum that was recently renovated was provided with indoor air purifier, air quality meter, and automatic sanitizer dispenser as well as Altai soum and Bayantooroi village with voltage stabilizer.
