Training modules on quality management for school staff

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. Starting from June, 2020 - the first
introductory session for Quality Management for school staff was conducted
through online. During the online seminar the general implementation concept,
planned modular trainings and implementation steps to introduce quality
management processes were presented to the participants of partner 7 TVET
schools.
Subsequent training modules focused on topics such as
quality concept and management systems, performance management, the importance
of continuous staff development, staff development strategies, identifying training
needs, and factors related to the quality of learning environment.
Depending on the situation, training is organized in the
form of classroom and distance learning, and process mapping and quality
criteria are discussed and improved in each training session. In terms of
training methodology, the training has been designed to ensure the active
participation of school staff to evaluate the subject matter related to their
own situation and to act in a solution-oriented manner.
Commissioned by the BMZ, the cTVET project is funded by the
Governments of Germany, Australia, Korea and being implemented by Deutsche
Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in close partnership with
Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.
