Over 85 thousand residents of Bayanzurkh district involved in PCR testing

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. Capital City Emergency Commission reported
that 85,219 residents of Bayanzurkh district have been involved in the COVID-19
PCR testing that was conducted between December 21 and December 30, 2020.
In connection with the outbreak of COVID-19 in the Bayanzurkh
central hospital, the State Emergency Commission decided to test 70-80 thousand
people of this district from December 21. Accordingly, the capital city and Bayanzurkh
district emergency commissions, in collaboration with the Health Department of
Ulaanbaatar city, conducted the PCR testing at 19 school buildings in
Bayanzurkh district.
In addition, the city’s health organizations deployed 36 mobile medical teams to
monitor, take rapid response, reduce the infection and disinfect.
