ILO Decent Work Country Programme online technical meeting held

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ ILO Decent Work Country Programme technical meeting was held on December 25 to discuss and exchange information on activities implemented this year with the ILO and social partners.
During the meeting, participants discussed about labour law reform, informal economy, labour disputes, non-standards forms of employment, and social insurance for informal workers and herders, as well as other ongoing research and studies which are needed to be harmonized and interlinked with respected law and regulation.
The following organizations have participated in the meeting – Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, Mongolian Employers’ Federation, Confederation of Mongolian Trade Union, National Committee of Gender Equality, National Association of Mongolian Agriculture Confederation, Research Institute of Labour and Social Protection, General Authority of Social Insurance, National Statistical Office, Agency of Family, Child and Youth Development and others. The meeting will be held on quarterly basis.
