Constitutional Court Chair receives Kazakhstan Constitution 25th Anniversary Medal

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Chairperson of the Constitutional Court of Mongolia N.Chinbat and Constitutional Court Member D.Odbayar were awarded the jubilee medal commemorating the 25thanniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan by a decree of the country’s president in recognition of their contributions to the expansion of relations and cooperation between the two countries. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to Mongolia Zhalgas Adilbayev handed over the medal to its recipients on October 5.
During the event, Ambassador Zhalgas Adilbayev informed of the State of the Nation Address from the President of Kazakhstan to the country’s people delivered on September 1, noting that the address covered the country’s development program and plans, post-COVID-19 policies, and relations between the government and citizens and it focused on human rights protection matters.
Constitutional Court Chair N.Chinbat expressed his gratitude to President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Chairperson of the Constitutional Council of Kazakhstan Kairat Mamin and underlined the significance of the matters discussed during the Congress of the Association of Asian Constitutional Courts and Equivalent Institutions, which was successfully organized by the Kazakhstan Constitutional Council.
