Defense Minister holds meeting with Indian Ambassador

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. On August 18, Minister of Defense G.Saikhanbayar received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to Mongolia M.P.Singh.
At the start of the meeting, the Minister highlighted India as a third neighbor as well as an important regional partner for Mongolia, and emphasized the prioritization in developing the Strategic Partnership between the two countries.
Noting the successful development of relations and partnership with Mongolia in various sectors in a wide range, the Ambassador highlighted the important role of the defense sector in implementing important projects and programs being implemented in partnership between the two governments.
At the end of the meeting, the sides expressed satisfaction in the bilateral partnership, and agreed to further develop relations and partnership in the sector to be much more efficient and in a wider range.
