Platforms of 208 independent candidates being audited

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. For the forthcoming parliamentary election 2020, 208 independent candidates have submitted their platforms to the National Audit Office of Mongolia. Auditing these platforms is ongoing, reported the NAO yesterday.


Based on the NAO’s conclusion, the General Election Commission (GEC) will approve the participation of candidates in the election. Afterward, platforms of political parties and coalitions will be publicly announced 22 days before the voting day of June 24.
