Gobi-Altai aimag hit by earthquake again

Gobi-Altai /MONTSAME/. A 4.5 magnitude earthquake was
recorded today at 11.14 am in Jargalan soum of Gobi-Altai aimag. An epicenter
of the quake was 14 km away from Jargalan soum’s center. Residents of Jargalan
and Yesonbulag soums felt the tremor.
It has been the second quake that occurred in the aimag in
2020. Erdene soum of the aimag was hit by a 4.7 magnitude earthquake on
February 12.
