Chairman of Constitutional Court removed

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. Constitutional Court of Mongolia today convened to discuss the resignation letter submitted by its Chairman D.Odbayar over the recent allegation of him assaulting a flight attendant during a flight from Ulaanbaatar to Seoul.


After hearing his statement concerning the resignation, all nine members of the Constitutional Court unanimously approved his dismissal at the meeting.
