Preparations for World Export Development Forum discussed with ITC

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ State Secretary of the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs D.Davaasuren on November 13 met with Arancha González,
Executive Director of the International Trade Centre (ITC).
The meeting discussed a wide range of issues such as
relations and cooperation between Mongolia and ITC, world economic outlook,
issues challenging multilateral trading system, and Mongolia’s involvement in
recent discussions.
State Secretary D.Davaasuren particularly spoke of the World
Export Development Forum to be held in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia next year,
consulting on its preparations. Moreover, the sides agreed to continue the project on development of Mongolia’s
Trade and Investment Roadmap and implement the second phase of the project on formulation
of strategies for sectors apart from mining.
