Emergency officials compete in international competition

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Ten Mongolian emergency officials led
by First Deputy Head of the Emergency Department of the capital city, lieutenant
colonel N.Nyamkhorloo successfully participated in the first ‘Flame Blue’
International Technical Exchange and Games on Fire and Rescue that took place
in Hangzhou, China on November 5-11.
They showed success in 5.000 m race with self-contained
breathing apparatus, 100 m hurdles, 8 m team diving, boat rescue, and avalanche
rescue events and collaborated with their counterparts from other countries in an avalanche rescue team under an experience sharing event held alongside the
competition and took part in a demonstrative performance at the closing
ceremony of Flame Blue.
The officials then got acquainted with the fire and rescue
unit of Xiaoshan district of Hangzhou and its emergency equipment and vehicles.
