Interest of establishing long-term partnership expressed

Yesterday, October 29, President Kh.Battulga received delegates led by Alan
Turley, the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Commerce for China and Mongolia in
the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration.
Mr. Alan Turley is being
accompanied by authorities of large global companies operating in agriculture,
IT, mining equipment, chemistry and railway infrastructure spheres. He emphasized
that the visit aims to realize the talks of President Kh.Battulga and
President Donald Trump on expanding economic and trade relations.
He said that U.S. Department of Commerce has much interest in cooperating with Mongolia in agriculture and animal husbandry and it is also seeking other means of business and cooperation based on ongoing construction works of railway and air transportation and growing active internet users.
President Kh.Battulga introduced in detail about ongoing projects and programs and emphasized it would be a basis of mutually beneficial business when there is a favorable technological and financial condition regardless of any sector.

and private sector expressed their aspiration to establish a long-term partnership
relations, but not a one-time profit-making business.
