Deputy Foreign Minister meets Russian Deputy Minister of Economic Development

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. Deputy Foreign Minister B.Battsetseg met with Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation T.I. Maksimov at the Russian Ministry of Economic Development on October 21 and exchanged views on bilateral and trilateral cooperation issues.
At the meeting, the sides
also discussed about resolving problems in transporting some kinds of import goods from European countries through the Russian territory as well as advancing an issue to open Mongolia’s Trade Representative Office in Vladivostok.
Discussing about actions to
be taken to intensify tripartite cooperation, the Deputy Ministers came into a
decision to collaborate for organizing a meeting of heads of joint working
group responsible for advancing program implementation of the economic
corridor in nearest future.
