17 doctors from Korea works in Khovd aimag

Khovd /MONTSAME/. A team of 17 doctors specialized in surgery, cardiology, internal medicine and nursing from Busan, Republic of Korea is currently working at the Regional Diagnostic and Treatment Center in Khovd aimag between September 10 and 13.
The doctors' team will do check-ups and diagnosis for citizens and provide surgical treatment to selected patients alongside organizing training at the Regional Diagnostic and Treatment Center in aims of improving the knowledge and skills of the doctors and specialists.
Deputy Governor of Khovd aimag Ch.Uranchimeg and corresponding officials received the doctors and the two sides discussed ways to reduce common disease and illness in the aimag citizens, and agreed to implement a doctor exchange programme.
During their work in Khovd aimag, the doctors are to also present equipment for emergency care and a water softening equipment to three soums of Khovd aimag.
