Respect paid to 100-year old veteran of Khalkhin Gol Battles

Within the framework to celebrate 80th anniversary of the Victory of
Khalkhin Gol Battles, a 100-year old veteran and citizen of Ulan-Ude city of
Buryatia Mr. Kovalev Efrem Andreevich, who fought in the Khalkhin Gol Battles, was
offered a respect, presenting a Medal of the 80th anniversary of the
Victory of Khalkhin Gol Battles.
Initiated
by the Mongolia’s Consulate General in Ulan-Ude, the event was attended by representatives
of the Consulate General of Mongolia and representatives from Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.
