‘Altan Khalis’ international film festival kicks off

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Official opening of the 7th ‘Altan Khalis’ international film festival will be held today at 7 PM at iCinema.

‘Ondog’ by the sixth generation Chinese director Wang Quan’an will be opening film of the festival. The film competed for the Golden Bear at the 69th Berlinale.

In addition to short films selected in the competition, a number of interesting feature films will be screened as well. Moreover, master classes by renowned filmmakers including Wang Quan’an, Artur Zurawski and Boo Junfeng will be conducted free of charge.

The festival will run for five days until June 8.
