Minister D.Sumiyabazar meets Ambassador of France

/MONTSAME/ Minister of Mining and Heavy Industry D.Sumiyabazar yesterday
received Ambassador of France to Mongolia Philippe Merlin, congratulating on
his appointment.
The Governments
of Mongolia and the Republic of France established cooperation agreement on nuclear
energy sector in 2010. In the frameworks of it, state owned Orano Group of France has
been working to implement geological research projects in nuclear energy sector in
Mongolia.
During the
meeting, Minister D.Sumiyabazar expressed his delight that Mongolia-France
friendly ties and cooperation have been developing especially in the fields of
radioactive minerals, nuclear energy, agriculture and education.
