Consultative meeting of Foreign Ministries of Mongolia and India held

Ulaanbaatar /MONSTAME/ The third consultative meeting between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia and India was held in New Delhi on October 2. The meeting was chaired by D.Davaasuren, State Secretary of the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Mongolia, and  Ms. Vijay Thakur Singh, Secretary (East) in the Ministry of External Affairs of India.


The parties agreed to develop bilateral relations and cooperation in the fields of politics, security, defence, trade, investment, information technology, communications, agriculture, education, culture, humanitarian and continue supporting each other at the international and regional levels.


During his stay in India, State Secretary D.Davaasuren met with Deputy National Security Advisor of India Pankaj Saran and Director General of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations Riva Ganguly Das and discussed the issues of bilateral cooperation. The sides agreed to intensify the implementation of activities and measures following the high-level visits and dialogues, expand cooperation and enhance citizens and cultural exchange.
