Int'l Investment Bank to fund project of Mongolian scholars

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/ The International Investment Bank (IIB) decided to grant MNT100 million for a project worked out by scholars of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences (MAS). The agreement was signed by D,Regdel, MAS President and N.N.Kosov, Chairman of Management Board of the IIB.


The IIB is one of largest foreign banks that invest Mongolia and it has been funding studies and researches on green development much more in recent years. Appraising the project on researching and rehabilitating peatlands, formulated by MAS scholars, the IIB decided to fund the project with MNT100 million. Academician Ch.Dugarjav is heading the project team.
